Terms of Purchase and Use

These terms cover the website faithfulpathcommunity.com, the digital books sold on it, and the Faithful Path membership. Pastoral sessions have their own page: Pastoral Conversation Terms. The site is operated by Richmond Kobe, trading as Faithful Path Community, in Thailand. By buying a book or joining the membership you agree to these terms.

1. Who this is for

You must be eighteen or older to buy a book, join the membership or book a session.

2. Books

What you get. Each book is a PDF delivered as an instant download after payment, with a copy of the link sent to the email address you paid with. Page counts and formats are stated on each book's page.

Licence. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the book and to print it for your own use. You may not share the file, post it online, resell it or use it in a course or group without written permission. Church leaders who want to use a book with a group are welcome to ask — write to info@faithfulpathcommunity.com.

Refunds. If a book is not what you expected, email within fourteen days of purchase and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with and usually appear within five to ten working days.

Lost downloads. If your link expires or you lose the file, email us and we will send it again at no charge.

3. Membership

What it is. Faithful Path membership is a monthly subscription, currently US$19 a month, giving access to the online course edition of The Christian Spiritual Reset, the guided prayers, timers, printable workbook and session guide, any future courses added to the membership, and one written question to Richmond each month, answered in writing within three working days. Live one-to-one conversations are not included; they are booked separately as a pastoral session.

Billing. Your card is charged when you join and then every month on the same date until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. If the price ever changes, you will be told by email at least thirty days before it affects you.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account, in two clicks, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for. Your journal entries and reflections remain readable and exportable after you cancel.

Refunds. If the membership is not right for you, email within seven days of your first payment for a full refund. Refunds are not given on later monthly renewals, so please cancel before your renewal date if you no longer want the membership. If you renew by mistake and have not used the membership since the renewal, write to us within forty-eight hours and we will refund that renewal.

One person per membership. Each membership is for one person. The journal, reflections and check-ins are private to the account holder, so spouses or friends doing the course together each need their own membership.

Future courses. Additional courses are added to the membership as they are ready. We do not promise dates, and the content of the membership may change over time. What you have paid for is access for the current month.

Your content. Journal entries, reflections and questions remain yours. We store them so that you can return to them and do not use them for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Not a substitute for professional care

The books, the membership and everything on this site are pastoral and spiritual teaching. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or emergency help, and they do not replace them. If you are unwell, in crisis or in danger, please contact a doctor, a qualified counsellor or your local emergency number. The course includes a "Finding Help Where You Live" page with international helplines.

5. Intellectual property

The text, recordings, workbooks and design on this site belong to Richmond Kobe unless otherwise stated. Scripture quotations are from the English Standard Version (ESV), used by permission of Crossway; the full notice appears where quotations are used. You may quote short passages from articles with attribution and a link.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site and membership available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be brief. If the membership were ever discontinued, members would be told at least thirty days in advance and would keep access to their journal exports.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything the law does not permit to be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you live elsewhere, nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that the law of your own country gives you and does not allow you to give up.

9. Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top is updated. Changes that affect an active membership will be announced by email before they take effect.
